The Support of Particular Groups of Participants in Public Procurement System

In this paper we consider the various forms of the government support of disabled people and their organizations, which are aimed at social integration. Modern Russian society accepts social model of disability, that is why the issue of this paper is relevant. In empirical part the problems of the support of disabled people`s organizations via the system of public procurement are revealed. Recommendations on how to eliminate the problems and improve current procurement legislation are given.
