Design of Multi-Probe System for Formation of Nanoobjects on a Substrate

This work describes multi-probe system for for Formation of Nanoobjects on a Substrate concept design in accordance to technical task. System analogues are considered, differences are identified and innovating details are synthesized. This work is using Solidworks CAD for design and finite element deformation analysis. General structure, hardware and automated software proposals are described. Examples of outer influences and the protection are given.
