The changing of figures under the influence of clinical examination reflects both real changes in the condition of the health of the population and diagnostics connected with the changes of practice of diagnostics, and so it can lead to the planning of actions in a certain unnecessary examination lets us get the full idea of the process of exposure of new cases of deseases because it is a bright reflection of the intensity of the efforts of the society on exposure of illnesses and their maintenance as well. In the first chapter of the work one can see the main differences of the screening conception abroad and clinical examination in Russia; besides, it shows us the periods of transformation of different programmes of such examination and reasons connected with it the second chapter is a practical one, it is dedicated to the contents of the programme of the clinical examination, which defines its result and to the changes of indices of the sickness rate, connected with the screening of widely-spread deseases. In this part on the basis of analysis of statistical data different reasons of changes are explained according to foreign practice of such screenings. Speaking about separate consequences of clinical examination in the third chapter, we take into consideration the fact that well-known manipulations with the volume and depth of clinical examination lay certain limitation on the quality of the analysed data. However, it does not depreciate our work, but stress out again that clinical examination has to be shortened and upgraded in order to have only scientific measures in the volume accessible for the system of the care of public health.
