Regression Modelling of Modification to the Opinions in the Independent Auditors Report Arising from Audit of Brokers Company

Paper is devoted to how regression analysis might help in developing optimal programme of audit for a broker company. Paper includes specification of the respective logit model, description of it's properties, estimation and cross-validation technique. R code is developed to perform recomendations on construsting programme automatically.
