The Concept of Reasonable Time in Civil Procedure

The current work is devoted to the problem of defining the reasonable time scale in civil procedure. Within the framework of the present work the analysis of the reasons for long-lasting procedure was conducted. Besides, we examined the mechanisms of the protection of the right for a trial within a reasonable time and proposed the other possible solutions to guarantee it.
