Revision Entered into Force Court Acts in Order of Supervision in the Arbitration Proceedings

The present study analyzes the history of introduction and development of judicial supervision in the USSR, and the correspondence of the USSR judicial supervision management with the supervisory instance in the modern Russian arbitration procedure. The study also analyzes and compares the activities of the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation and the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation as the bodies that review the acts of arbitration courts under the supervision procedure. On the basis of the mentioned analyses the study attempts to identify existing problems in the implementation of the judicial supervision in the arbitration proceedings and suggest possible solutions to these problems. These problems are proposed to be solved through the reforming of the Supreme Court Structure and introducing amendments to the Russian legislation.
