Demand Forecasting and Managing Methods

In a dynamically developing market, companies need to constantly improve their work and increase the competitiveness of their products. A great influence on the efficiency of the company's activities is its ability to accurately predict demand and respond quickly to market changes. In this paper, the role of forecasting in the company's activities and supply chains was studied, basic forecasting methods, such as qualitative forecasting, time series analysis, causality analysis and modeling, were considered. An aggregate demand was made for the products of the Zarechny Company using the linear programming method. In the concluding chapter, recommendations on demand management were formulated.
