Due to strong decline in oil prices in 2014, the demand for oilfield services has significantly increased, because major companies can minimize their expenses as well as have access to innovative technologies. Russian oil companies are extremely need these technologies; it is caused by depletion of many oilfields. However, these innovative technologies have only international oilfield services companies. As a result, the author has studied the question of the prospects of international oilfield services companies’ involvement in realization of oil projects in Russia.
