Regional Activity in Research and Development and Development of High-growth Companies in Russian Federation

The presented research opens up studying the influence of regional activity in the field of Research and Development and the development of fast-growing companies. The main goal of the study is to identify the relation between the scientific and business organizations cooperation in the research and development sphere in constituent entities of the Russian Federation respect and the fast-growing companies’ development. In addition to this statement, the innovation assessment of constituent entities of the Russian Federation shows how regions’ innovative activity influences the fast-growing companies’ development. The practical value of the research is in enhancing the state policy in the cluster development aspect, solving recourses dependency problem and the import substitution strategy development. Thus, the number of the research and development fast-growing companies will be increased.
