Mobile Poll Application based on Collaborative Weighted Feedback

This paper presents an application which users can share polls publicly and receive feedbacks from other users. The goal of application is giving results to the owner of poll as reliable as possible. To do that, algorithms related to clustering users are used. The aim of clustering is sending the polls to the most relevant group of users. If every poll is responded by the users who have some knowledge about the topic, the feedback would be more reliable. The paper covers all the technologies and algorithms used by the application. Considering it is more industrial project than a research project, technical parts weigh more and are stated a vast scale. Several algorithms and researches which will be mentioned in this paper have been used to make this application as accurate as possible.
