Development of the Procedure for the Introduction and Improvement of Lean Production System Oriented to the Maintenance of Sustainable Development of Enterprises

The present paper is devoted to the development of the procedure for the introduction and implementation of lean production. For achievement of the goals of the research the current state of lean production is conducted, the barriers and drivers of successful introduction and implementation of lean production carrying as external and internal character are revealed and classified, the influence and interrelation between lean production and the "triune" concept of sustainable development are determined, quantitative indicators aimed at the feasibility of introducing lean production are identified, and the procedure for the introduction and implementation of lean production with an emphasis on the achievement of environmental, economic and social sustainability goals is proposed. The scientific significance of the results of the present paper is that the development of a strategy for the proposed procedure ensures the consistent introduction of lean production, considering the current drivers and barriers of both the internal and external environment.
