Keywords: logistics service, the process of fulfilling the sales order, the order picking, the duration of the order execution cycle` The aim of the master's thesis is to improve the logistic service of the brewing company Sun InBev. The work analyzes both the economic and logistic activities of San InBev. The theoretical aspects of improving the logistics service are also analyzed: how to evaluate it, to measure what are the ways to improve it. On the example of San InBev, a number of measures were proposed to improve the logistics service. These measures include optimizing the approach to inventory management based on the ABC-XYZ classification, changing the layout of the goods in the warehouse, introducing an electronic document management system. Economic efficiency is shown in the model of strategic profit.
