Project Management for a New Pharmacy Network Creation

The project- research article is devoted to problems of increasing the economic performance of a large pharmaceutical holding company. The aim of this work is to develop practical recommendations for the implementation of the project of creating a pharmacy network of a large distribution company. The paper examines the main problems associated with the creation of new retail chain, and the possibility of applying PMBoK recommendations in relation to this project. A scheme for creating a pharmacy network is proposed. This model includes the following main practical steps: building network localization models in the city of Moscow, developing a network of projects, compiling a project risk register.
