The problem of professors' professional assessment is the basic one for many high schools within the world educational system as there is no single university that can operate without qualified, well-educated, keen on their profession lectures. In that case the aim of our research is to find the correlation between professional development and a carrier progression of lectures. of the research is professional development and carrier growth of lectures. OF THE research is lectures that hold positions "lectures", "associate professor" "professor" who have one and more tenures.
