The Concept and Content of Subjective Corporate Rights

The paper attempts to examine the concept of "subjective right" and "subjective corporate roght" not only through traditional approach formed in the twentieth century. This, in particular, is an attempt to analyze subjective corporate right according to the theory of W. Hohfield (incidents theory). The concept of corporate rights is not limited to the powers specified in the law, is not the same as the claim and does not follow the strict concept of right and obligation.
