Fraud Factors on the Example of Working Students

The research purpose consisted in identification of factors of a corporate fraud, those circumstances which positively influence on this phenomenon, for reduction of cases of a fraud in the companies. The analysis was carried out on the basis of sociological survey of the Russian youth (the working or recent students) under 30 years old. It was revealed that the candidate who has not overestimated the characteristics at a selection stage (CV, the first series of interviews with HR) in the company, earns more subsequently, than the dishonest candidate for 18 398 rubles (difference) for the set economy industry. Also, it was shown that women are less inclined to uncommon practices of a fraud on a workplace, than men. The conducted research can be useful for firms for prevention fraudulent the practician against the organization.
