Against the backdrop of the complexities that have arisen in the framework of multilateral negotiations to remove trade barriers between countries, trade agreements have become increasingly important. In this paper, we will consider how MRTS can change the role of FDI. The purpose of this work is to determine what financial and financial resources are allowed in the context of the development of the WTO FTA +.
