The provisions of the CETA legislation, which is comprehensive, imply not only the almost complete elimination of tariff and non-tariff barriers, but also the corresponding mechanisms of economic regulation. At the same time, all obligations are based on the principles of the WTO, but do not limit it to the framework, offering their own solutions to issues on which they have experienced serious contradictions among WTO members. In addition, such provisions of CETA, after their successful implementation, are most likely to be included in the TTIP, which may become the main regulator of the world's trading systems.
