The Master's dissertation is concerned with the problem of application of Liquidated Damages as a way to ensure a fulfillment of obligations in the Sphere of Entrepreneurship, the history of development of civil-law institute of damages, especially liquidated damages, the definition the legal nature and types of liquidated damages, the analysis of court practice applying Liquidated Damages in the Sphere of Entrepreneurship, legal problems identified by jurisprudence and its solutions.
