The problem under investigation is the necessity of improving the planning of purchasing and production method for a retail and wholesale company that sells clothes, underwear, shoes and accessories applying the "fast fashion" model, where incorrect planning process will lead to increased costs and financial losses. The thesis suggests an improved planning of purchases and production method for a retail and wholesale companies that sell clothes, underwear, shoes and accessories applying the "fast fashion" model. The algorithm of implementing the "make or buy" task in the planning process, which can be used for similar companies in the fashion market that solve the "make or buy" problem, has also been developed. 5.
