Development of a Business Plan an Innovation Project

The goal of this final qualifying work is the development of a business plan for an innovative project. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are set and solved: To get acquainted with the theoretical and methodological foundations of developing a business plan; Disassemble the structure of the business plan; Identify the main features of developing a business plan for an innovative project; Develop a business plan; Evaluate the effectiveness of the project. The object of research in the work is the innovative project "BodySonic". The subject of the study are methods, approaches and tools for developing a business plan for an innovative project. Proceeding from the stated tasks, the first chapter of the thesis examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of a business plan. The goals, objectives and structure of the business plan are presented. Particular emphasis is placed on innovative projects and their main features. The second chapter of the work is devoted to the development of the business plan of the innovative project "BodySonic". The analysis of the market and the analysis of competitors is carried out, organizational, production, marketing and financial plans are made within the framework of business planning. The effectiveness of the project has been calculated and the main risks that the company may face in the future are identified.
