Development of Risk Management Method on the Basis of Risk Tolerance Indicators

Master thesis is focused on the development of risk management method on the basis of risk tolerance indicators, that formulation in the context of risk appetite concept facilitates interconnections between strategic goals, stakeholders’ interests and operational risk management of organization. The work is aimed not only in this method elaboration, but also the recommendations of its practical application drafting. This work deals with existing approaches to risk tolerance determination and management as well as its balance with related issues. Through empirical study the method of different companies risk management based on the synergy effect of Shewhart control charts and DuPont model use was developed and tested at model data. Following the conducted research recommendations concerning the adjustment of this method in organizational risk-management processes were worked out.
