LLC "SORDIS" – Strategy Retail Network Development

The presented work contains analysis of the company's external environment, at the moment, along with the management of the enterprise, work is being done to apply the results of the marketing research of consumer demand and the introduction of recommended changes in the structure of the retail network, active work is being conducted with partners. Already, active work is under way to correct the system of motivation and correction of the vision, including the re-profiling of the store chain and the expansion of the assortment with the subsequent transition to the format of "home shopping". In addition, a strategic vision has been formed with the expansion of the market and access to adjacent regions. After 5 years, the franchise network will be extended to the whole country, will compete with the largest chain stores and create a capacity utilization rate of 40-45% of the maximum possible. In addition, the development path through the franchise network of the "SPAR" brand is proposed, which not only creates an additional inflow of funds for and will be an excellent platform for the sale of branded products, and with the support of the "SPAR" brand loyalty, , Which will help in the retail trade of the Sordis stores. This research with all the results will be presented at Sordis LLC, the results of the survey and recommendations, including the retail network development strategy, are planned to be applied in the near future to help its retail trade ensure rapid and stable growth.
