Analysis of the Admission Process Organization

In this research we illustrate analysis of emergency and planned hospitalizations process in a typical Emergency Department of the city clinical hospital in Moscow. On the basis of research results, we have developed practical recommendations for improving the admissions process. These recommendations were developed for emergency department, and for healthcare system as a whole.
