Module Development Design of Business Process Executor Competence Model

This report presents the results of the graduate qualification work. The work contains the description of competence model design module development for the design subsystem within the "Competence Business Game Studio" project. The work is described on 61 pages. The work consists three chapters related to the stages of the work. The first chapter includes the results of the study of the competence model and the analysis of the theoretical aspects of its design. In this chapter the choice of a business game as a method of forming and evaluating competencies is justified, the Competence Business Game Studio (CBGS) and the place of the competence model design module in the structure of the CBGS are described. Based on the analysis, the functional requirements for the module are set. The second chapter describes the competence model design process in the "to-be" state. In addition, the database is designed. The third chapter describes the process of software module development. The work contains 31 figures and 9 tables, there is no appendix.
