The relevance of the chosen topic lies in the fact that in the modern world the questions of legal relations of spouses and family members are among the most important topics that require the most clear and understandable mechanism for resolving disputes and conflicts. Family is not just a social unit, but also its Foundation and support. It is in the family the person receives the first and so important social skills and skills of communication with other people. In turn, the economic basis of the family and its support is the property of the family, so important to its members. Material relations of the spouses remains one of the most pressing problems of society at all times. As only loving people will legalize their relationship in front of them immediately raises the property issue.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
