Master's thesis "Legal regulation of placing of the state order" Object of research - state contract system. The aim of the research: development of proposals for improving the state contract system, with the aim of increasing its effectiveness. Problems of dissertational research: — explore the concept of "public contract," "contract," "state," "state procurement", "state contract"; — to investigate the regulatory framework of the state contract system; — to analyze the experience of foreign countries in shaping the public contract system; — to develop proposals for improving the state contract system to increase its efficiency by changing the regulatory framework; to justify the effectiveness of the proposed measures for improving the state contract system by making changes to the regulatory framework. As a result of studying material on the topic of research was studied the basic concepts on the topic, examined the regulatory framework of the state contract system, analyzed the experience of other States on this issue and also identified the main problems of implementation of the contract system. In the end, were the proposed activities for improving the state contract system by making changes to the regulatory framework.
