Arbitration in Russian Federation

The present research refers to a wide range of changings in the arbitration system of Russia in 2016. The project will demonstrate main reasons of this process and consequences caused by this radical reform. The system of methods utilized provides opportunity to explore the field of study from various aspects. The results suggested that changings had great effect on evolving of arbitration process in Russia. However, the problem needs further investigation because evidence needs ratification through additional research because of the short period of time from fundamental shift.
