Mobile Application Developing to Display Notifications About Changes on the Website of the Educational

This paper describes the process of design and development of mobile application to display notifications about changes on the website of the HSE educational program. To achieve the goal, the subject area was described, the needs and preferences of potential users were identified, the AS-IS and TO-BE business process models were modeled, required for the information system were developed, analysis and selection of existing technologies and products for use in development were made, the choice of the development environment was made, the database was designed and normalized, the prototypes of the mobile application screens were created, the mobile application was programmed and tested. The report takes 47 pages of A4 format and includes 20 figures, 4 tables. The report consists of three chapters, as well as one appendix. The application takes one page and contains one table.
