Development of Drug Provision Forms of the Population in Russia

The issue of modernizing the drug supply system is widely discussed in Russian Federation. From the form of organization of drug provision, such strategic health goals as quality, availability of medicines, cost-effectiveness and cost containment depend. The complex analysis of Russian and foreign experience makes it possible to justify the directions of improving the drug supply system, taking into account both its social significance and the interests of the main participants. The clinical and economic model of the introduction of outpatient drug support in arterial hypertension presented in this paper can serve as a model for the compilation of similar programs for other nosologies.
