In work stages of a conclusion to the market of the new online project are considered, the algorithm of realization of a conclusion to the market is developed. The master thesis is devoted to the development of a strategy of a conclusion to the Russian market of a new online project for the online promotion of video. Market segmentation, an assessment of factors of the internal and external environment, competitive advantages of the project, SWOT analysis are carried out. Are analyzed the market of direct competitors. The positioning of a product is formulated, the detailed plan of marketing activity is prepared.
