This work contains the analysis of existing semantic data formats, graph-transformational systems (because semantic data formats always a tree) and the existing methods of natural language semantic analysis. Method of Russian language analysis was developed (language constructs and transformation phase were researched) and the experimental object-attribute linguistic processor was created. The simulation of the experimental object-attribute linguistic processor was done for a small Russian text.
