Development of Recommendation for IT-consulting Company Activities Using Balanced Scorecard

Comparative analysis of various management systems constructed for business strategy implementation was conducted. Thus, the most adequate for Company X management system was chosen. The software was chosen as a tool of automation for selected management system. Methodical work was carried out during the development of strategy according to selected management system. Recommendations for achieving the most foreground strategical goals which significantly contributes to strategy implementation were developed based on strategy map, key performance indicators and initiatives.
