Modeling of Company's Decision Making Consequences

A methodological approach to modeling of company's decision making consequences is proposed in this project. A decision of changing a development framowork is analyzed for the purpose of making the best decision than corresponds to project's aims and tasks. Different methods of elicitation and evaluation of decision quality are presented, and a necessity for a complex and multifaceted approach for risks and consequences evaluation is shown. An in-depth analysis of consequences of choices is presented and a best solution is proposed.
