Problems of Strategic Management in Nonprofit Organizations

There are a few studies related to strategic management in non-profit organizations recently. The general purpose of this academic research is to define the main problems of strategic management in non-commercial companies and find out possible solutions for stated problems. The empirical data-base would be collected from particular organizations students and youth organizations. is is timely as I am participating in some strategic planning as a board member with a non-profit organization. The results anticipated could advance our understanding of organizations strategy, organizational development and performance management for large public sector and for-profit organizations. But how do these methodologies align with non-profit? What are the fundamental differences?
