Application of Company Business Process Optimization to Reduce Costs and Resourses in Case of Financial Assistance Payment Process

The research presents analysis of financial assistance payment process which is used in defined company. This process was chosen due to several reasons. First of all, it has differences and variability in several division of company. Secondly, there is no specific schedule for payment process. Thirdly, there is large number of employees who have right to ask for financial assistance payment. The research contains description of existing process, analysis of its weakness. Moreover, it is offered the resolution for several issues and improved financial assistance payment process. The changes were analyzed for their effectiveness. The research has theoretical and practical information and can be used for ERP-system learning and BPMN learning. Besides, the changes were applied at certain company.
