The fundamental idea by M. Foucault is that the policy intervenes in the private lives of people, their sexual relationships and family in general has reflected in the Russian reality. The power discourse shapes the model of happy family, however the Russian youth has an inquiry for the LGBT community, the child free and liberal ideals. The goal of the proposal project is a detection of power practices in the formation of institution of the family for the youth and formation the groups “other”. The object of the graduation paper is the discourse of power related to the family politics. The subject is the discourse used by the youth for the identification. The theoretical approach of the work is based on theory by M.Fuko's of dispositions and the model of discourse analysis by N.Phillips and S.Hardy. Method of data collection is the depth 30 interviews. It is necessary initially to select meaningful modes; then to see how they are disguised in the society and finally to explore the context in which the modus appear.The main conclusion of the work was the understanding that respondents are not aware of the power discourse in respect of the formation of a modern family. The respondents are sure that the influence of the state (the social payments, the tax on childlessness, legislative prohibitions of non-heterosexuality) is necessary, since these measures will allow the "traditionality of the Russian way"
