Legal Grounds of Limitation of Civil Liability

The principle of full compensation of coused damage has always been fundamental for the civil liability regime. This principle ensures the stable functioning of the civil-legal turnover. However, the exception to this principle is the limitation of the debtor's liability. The present work is aimed at investigating the institution of limited civil liability, the methods of limitation, and the economic justification for the introduction of this institution by the legislator.
