The Eastern Partnership and Mediterranean Partnership as a Representation of the EU on the International Arena

The paper offers an analysis of the complex of such unique features of the EU as a European neighborhood policy, Eastern and Mediterranean partnerships and the normative power of Europe in the paradigm of aesthetic political representation. The analysis allows to construct inductive subjectivity of the EU on the international arena. Also, the analysis showed that the subjectivity of the EU is experiencing a period of transformation. The paper suggests possible scenarios for this transformation and contains a forecast of the political consequences of this transformation.
