Interim Measures in International Commercial Arbitration

This master thesis investigates the institution of interim measures that has recently grown in popularity. Interim measures can be applied by international commercial arbitration or state arbitration court. Application of interim measures has its advantages or disadvantages. This thesis is also investigates new institution as emergency arbitrator. The work also covers advantages and disadvantages of arbitration rules of ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, SIAC, SCC and JCAC. This thesis notes gaps in the Russian legislation regarding the Commercial Procedural Code of the Russian Federation as well as the methods of their elimination.
