Using Cockburn's Notation for the Development of Use Cases and the Modeling of Business Processes

The work is devoted to the research of the advantages of using A. Coburn's notation for solving problems of developing requirements for designed information systems and modeling business processes. The paper presents a comparative analysis of the use cases of A. Coburn with the classical format of use cases and with standard graphical notations. Proposals for improving the structure of use cases are developed and justified, in the practical part the developed system and business use cases are presented.
