It is impossible to assess the efficiency of the enterprise activity in conditions of modern market economy, not taking into account the influence of various factors on its effective performance. Initial data analysis on the number of users of mobile email Mail.Ru was a key aspect of building model, showing the trend of the number of users of this project. This analysis revealed the presence of a logarithmic growth trend in the number of users of mobile email Mail.Ru and the presence of seasonal variations. To find the optimal parameters of the model equations that best approximating the actual trend, there was developed a program in C language, which allowed to find the optimal parameters of the equation of the logarithmic trend using the least squares method after the substitution in it of the source levels of a number of speakers in the shortest terms. With the help of this program there was found few equations of the trend most accurately describing the actual trend, and then there was a comparative analysis of these equations to select the most appropriate model to describe the current dynamics. There also was carried out predicting the number of users for future periods based on this equation. In addition, according to the results of the study, the final indicator of the effectiveness of the organization's activities was derived and calculated for several periods: it was the parameter B of the trend’s equation, which can be used as an indicator of the logarithmic growth of the company's product.
