Borisov Artyom Aleksandrovich. Legal Regulation of Insurance of Motor Vehicles in Russian Federation Abstract. In my research explored of the theoretical foundations of the organization of voluntary and compulsory insurance, the nature of the contract of voluntary motor insurance, as well as essence of the contract of compulsory and voluntary third party liability insurance. The analysis was applied to legal behavior and legal position of insurance companies, dispute resolution in the field of auto insurance, and legal evolution of voluntary and compulsory insurance. The aim was identification the legal problems in the sphere of insurance of means of motor transport, legal analysis, opportunities to overcome legal problems. The research consists of introduction, two chapters and conclusion. The first chapter is devoted to the voluntary insurance of motor transport, reveals the legal aspects, contents and the value of the contract voluntary insurance of means of motor transport, legal problems in the sphere of voluntary motor insurance. The second Chapter is devoted to the study of compulsory insurance liability of owners of automobile transport, reveals the legal aspects, the contents and the value of the contract of compulsory insurance of means of motor transport, termination and amendment of contract of compulsory insurance of automobile transport, legal problems in the sphere of compulsory insurance of liability insurance".
