Research of Applicability of Business Valuation Models for Russian Companies/Banks

Research of applicability of bussiness volution models for russian companies/ banks". Within chapter 1 the basic concepts connected with a business value assessment will be considered business costs there will be particular purposes of evaluating and various existing approaches and methods of evaluating the entity are studied. And also various models of a value assessment of business put into practice are characterized. Within chapter 2 will be analysed main applied on the Russian entities of model and business cost evaluation methods. Practical implementation of various models of a business valuation on the example of Russian the company based on which plus and minuses of various models of an assessment is determined is executed. Problems of application of models of a value assessment of business at the Russian entities are revealed and characterized. Within a chapter 3 foreign experience of the organization and application of various methods and models of a value assessment of business will be analysed. The possibility of application of these or those foreign models in the Russian is proved to management practice by the entities. At the end of each chapter works will be performed the generalizing conclusions. In the conclusion the generalizing conclusions will be executed and extent of accomplishment and achievement of the main objectives of a research is analysed.
