Using the Platform of 1C for Application Development

The task of optimizing business processes is always important and the most important is the organization of optimal work with human resources, where a well-grounded motivation for the final result is required, taking into account many factors. The author considers the practical experience of solving this problem, assesses the advantages and disadvantages. The available software is considered, a more advanced solution to this problem is proposed, an implementation algorithm is developed, 1C programming and testing is performed, and a technical task is developed for the development of software for organizations. The author's work is aimed at solving practical problems and is therefore relevant.
