Research and Development of Generalized Quality Rating of Services Provision in a Telecommunication Network

This paper presents a methodology for obtaining a generalized evaluation of each node, taking into account both objective and subjective information about its relative importance in the hierarchy. Evaluation is formed from the point of view of the decision maker on several criteria. The applicability of this approach to the practice of application in the telecommunications industry is substantiated.
