This work is an analysis of the legal structures governing intellectual property in the aspect of interaction with the Antimonopoly law. Systematic possible legal approaches. Based on these data, given the advantages and disadvantages of each of the designs and regulation of intellectual property, including on the basis of economic analysis of law based on social needs. The paper also pays attention to the formation of the theoretical insights of the classical foundations of intellectual property rights. In addition, in-depth analysis of problems allows the author to offer their own versions. Real work deserves the rating "Excellent".
