The Application of the Methodology of Design Thinking for the Development of Corporate Information Systems

This thesis is devoted to the study of the application of the methodology of design-thinking for the development of corporate information systems. In the paper, the subject area of ​​logistics was considered. The first chapter presents a theoretical background on the methodology of design thinking, the analysis of scientific articles and publications on design thinking. There are the analysis of the existing corporate information systems in the field of logistics, a description of the reference model of operations in SCOR supply chains and the theoretical foundations of the DEMO methodology are presented in this chapter. The second chapter is devoted to the DEMO analysis of the processes of the SCOR standard, the creation of a data model, and a prototype of an intelligent system for analyzing and extracting knowledge in the field of logistics. The third chapter of the thesis describes the experience of practical application of the methodology of design thinking: described the holding of a seminar on design thinking, formulated a vision for the future system.
