Keywords: international transport, container, transportation organization, transport forwarding, intermodal transport, intermodal transport operator, logistics center. With the further development of market relations and competition, logistics operators increasingly have to think about ways to reduce costs in order to increase their competitiveness. One way to reduce costs is to improve the organization of cargo transportation. This work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of references. The object of the study is the transport-forwarding company "Will Trans". The purpose of this WRC is to develop recommendations for improving the performance of supply chains for the transport of imported products from the Asian region by PJSC "Will Trans". The goal is achieved by developing a new delivery route using a logistics center. In addition, the location of the LC is selected based on the center of gravity method. 5.
