Methods of Enforcement of Developer's Obligations in a Participatory Share Construction Agreement

The graduate work is devoted to the research about methods of enforcement of developer's obligations in a participatory share construction agreement. For disclosure of the legal nature of the mentioned institute, the conception and the main characteristic of the considered methods were defined. It was also analyzed how ways of ensuring obligations work in practice. Their advantages and disadvantages were established. Moreover, attempt of improvement of the legislation about methods of enforcement of developer's obligations was undertaken.
